Located in Santa Cruz, the now vibrant Tannery Arts Center was originally built in the mid 1800’s as the historic Salz Tannery, which once housed a thriving leather industry.

The campus of five buildings of historic significance was transformed into 100 affordable live/work lofts for artists and their families, a Digital Media and Creative Arts Center and Performing Arts Center.

Our Role - Site Acquisition, Architectural Design, Structuring Financing, Fundraising, Identifying Development Partners and Community Engagement.
